Family tour
The experience for families with children is our Family Tour. The family tour is a 2.5 hour long snowmobile safari with sausage grilling at our cozy campsite. We go around Närfjället, through troll forest and to our campsite, which is located by the small river that winds through the forest. Once there, we light the fire and grill sausages with the mountain in the background. The tours run daily at 14.00 during holiday weeks and several days a week during other weeks. Sausages and drinks are included in the price. On the family tour it is possible to book a sled for the snowmobile!

The family tour can be booked online up to 48 hours before departure. After that, you must contact us directly for availability information.
The rules differ slightly depending on whether you are going on a guided tour or on your own.
To drive a scooter on a guided tour, only a B driving license is required, regardless of when it was issued, or an AM card.
IN SWEDEN DIGITAL DRIVING LICENCES ARE NOT VALID; ONLY PHYSICAL DRIVING LICENCES ARE VALID.
Driving a snowmobile without a guide requires a (Swedish) B licence or a tractor licence issued before 1 January 2000 or a driver's licence for snowmobiles. We require you to be 20 years of age or older and have proof of previous snowmobile driving experience.
Drivers with a Norwegian driving licence may drive without a guide if they have an A, A1, B, S or T rating issued before 1/7 2006.
Helmets are required and are available to borrow from us, from size XS to XL. Ski helmets are only allowed for children under 7 years old.
We recommend that you dress according to the weather and temperature. Ski suits and warm shoes usually work well, but overalls (S-XXL) and snowmobile boots (36-47) are also available to borrow for those who wish!

Children can sit behind the driver and it's perfectly fine from the age of 7.
We also offer sledges on our guided tours that are suitable for smaller children or those who don't want to sit on the snowmobile.
